Quilters Dream Wool Batting is made with a blend of high quality fine Merino and Domestic wool tops. Dream Wool is scoured, combed, and Super-Washed treated and then cut to our specifications. The scoured and super-washed wool is then carded, crosslapped, and uniformly thermal bonded. There is no resin or scrim to resist your needle. The combination of our fine high quality wool and our unique processing creates wool batting with excellent drape, wonderful consistency and strength. Dream Wool is wonderfully light with slight lost and lovely soft drape. You may confidently stitch up to 8" apart or as closely as you would like. Finished quilts may be dry-cleaned or gently machine washed and dried. Dream Wool stays soft and supple. Dream Wool is excellent for both Machine in and Hand quilting.
